Adv. Prem Chhetri is an experienced Lawyer by Profession since last more than 20 years. He has experience of appearing in Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NCDRC, DRAT, DRT etc. Adv. Prem Chhetri has completed his LL.B. from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi in year 2001 and since then has been practicing as lawyer in all Courts of Delhi as well as other part of India. He is instrumental for rescue of more than 200 persons from Human Trafficking. He takes pride in proving his best services to his clients. In addition to his primary job functions, Adv. Prem Chhetri has been committed to Society and working for promotion, protection and preservation of Nepali Language, culture and traditions. Adv. Prem Chhetri has founded Hamro Swabhiman Trust with Shri Narayan Shrestha after initial discussion with 22 people from different part of India on 23rd November 2012 under leadership of Adv. Prem Chhetri. Hamro Swabhiman Trust has been registered at Delhi by Adv. Prem Chhetri as Settlor Trustee and Shri Narayan Shrestha as Trustee on 21st day of June 2013 which has been come into effect from 5th July 2013.

Shri Narayan Shrestha is successful businessman in field of Beauty and wellness field. He alongwith his wife Smt. Bishow Shanti Shrestha founded Hair n Shanti-Unisex Salon in year 2000 with his vigorous and hard work, Hair n Shanti has more than 15 showrooms in India and Nepal and giving employment to more than 300 people.
Shri Narayan Shrestha is philanthropist who is committed to uplift Nepali Speaking community. He has been promoting and protecting Nepali Language, culture and traditions. Shri Narayan Shrestha as Trustee and Adv. Prem Chhetri as Settlor Turstee has founded Hamro Swabhiman Trust on 23rd November 2012 under leadership of Adv. Prem Chhetri. Hamro Swabhiman Trust has been registered at Delhi by Adv. Prem Chhetri as Settlor Trustee and Shri Narayan Shrestha as Trustee on 21st day of June 2013 which has been come into effect from 5th July 2013.
